Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier or transport agencies.
Any damages during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photos as proof.

As our products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
Cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once manufacturing starts, no cancellation or refund will be issued.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
